The House

Located on a cobbled square in the historic upper part of Iznájar, we find this beautiful querky house. Set in a wonderful area of the town right next to the Parroquia de Santiago Apóstol church, Iznájar Castle and Patio de las Comedias, this is a location steeped in character and history.

Open the front door and step into a deceptively large house with an open plan lounge and kitchen, exposed stone walls and a vaulted ceiling.

A large spacious area with windows to both the front and rear and stairs up to the galleried landing leading to the master bedroom with kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and lake view.

With a fully equipped modern kitchen including granite worktops, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, it has everything you need, it's a home away from home.

Outside we find a walled, sunsoaked, terrace with stunning views over the lake and the village. An inviting outside space where you can relax in the sun or enjoy alfresco eating on those balmy summer evenings. Complete with sofa, chairs & table it's an outside lounge !

Head down the spiral staircase to the second ensuite bedroom, arched ceilings with original stone features, complete with double bed and again a beautiful, modern ensuite bathroom.

Unload your car at the front door and head off into the village where there is ample free parking (who needs an excuse to sample some tapas and a drink on the way back....).
